📌 Before You Arrive – Please Read

Welcome to Triveni Farms! To ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we’ve put together some important information and house rules below. These FAQs and guidelines are designed to help you make the most of your stay while respecting the space, nature, and fellow guests.

We kindly request you to read through this section carefully. By proceeding with your booking or stay, you agree to follow these terms.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • 12-Hour Booking:
     Based on availability and requirement.

  • 24-Hour Booking:
     Check-in: 11:00 AM | Check-out: Next Day 09:00 AM

  • Early or late check-in/out may be accommodated based on availability.

📞 Need Help During Your Stay? 
If you need anything at all during your stay, feel free to reach out to us directly or speak with the on-site helper at the property.

House Maintenance During Stay

  • Keep all areas clean and as you found them.

  • Kindly remove footwear before entering the bungalow to help maintain cleanliness and preserve the interiors.

  • Smoking is strictly not allowed indoors 🚭

  • Please switch off the ACs when not in use to help us conserve energy.

  • We request guests not to place feet on sofas to maintain the quality and longevity of the fabric.

  • Use dustbins provided in each room.

  • Report any accidental damage immediately.

  • Kindly use all furniture and items with care and leave things as they were for the next guests to enjoy the same comfort.

  • Please keep window nets (jaali) closed to prevent insects.

  • Be cautious on stairs, especially in the evenings or during rains.

  • We are not liable for misplaced or stolen belongings

  • Wi-Fi Password : Will be provided to you during check-in.

Pool Rules & Cleanliness

  • Please shower before entering the pool.

  • Strictly no food or drinks inside the pool. Do not vomit in and around the pool area.

  • Kids must be supervised at all times.

  • Use the baby pool only for toddlers.

  • Avoid pool use during heavy rain  for safety.

Electricity & Energy Use

  • Power backup via inverter & generator is available.

  • Please switch off ACs and lights when not in use.

  • Avoid unnecessary use of heavy appliances.

Kitchen Use

  • Kitchen is available for cooking. Necessary utensils are available.

  • Refridgerator is available for usage.

  • Please clean up after use.

  • Dispose of wet and dry waste separately.

Garden Etiquette

  • Refrain from entering the Flower Garden, as it is a sensitive and decorative area.

  • Supervise children near plant areas.

Dining & Food Options

  • You can order from nearby restaurants via Zomato:
     • Eden Garden
     • Ravi Food
     • Sagar Restaurant

  • Online services like Zomato, Porter, etc., are available 🚚

  • If using our catering service:
     Meal timing updates will be shared with you directly.

Parking & Security

  • Ample parking space available 🚗

  • Please lock your vehicles and avoid leaving valuables unattended.
